在ESD防护电路建模仿真方法学研究中，首次提出将带回执特性的大尺寸MOS泄放器件模型嵌入到反馈型ESD探测电路的仿真方式，与TLP激励源组成了芯片级模型，成功仿真出反馈型ESD探测电路的双回滞特性，通过中试，具备成果转化条件。应进行高压ESD MOSFET技术的开发，为将来推出高端高压MOSFET产品提供技术支撑。期待在目前基础上，进行相关SOP/SOT系类产品的延伸，进行成果转化
