Micro-Nano and Intelligent Manufacturing Institute SDIIT is a wholly state-owned enterprise invested by Shandong Industrial of Industrial Technology (SDIIT), focusing on micro-nano science and technology and robotics to promote industrial ecological construction. At present, there are 39 institutions/enterprises in the field, including 4 national manufacturing innovation centres and technology innovation centres, 1 provincial technology innovation centre, 1 institutional public service platform, 5 high-tech enterprises, 2 gazelle enterprises and 1 intelligent manufacturing fund. According to the deployment of Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute, the company is responsible for the operation and management of Jinan's first public technology service platform for micro-nano manufacturing, applying for supporting special funds to protect the platform operation, the platform of the first phase of the construction of an area of 5,500 square feet (including about 2,000 square feet of high-specification purification room), equipped with more than ninety sets of production equipment, the ability to cover the entire process of MEMS sensor chip production.
