The HFS2000 gas flow sensor is based on MEMS manufacturing technology and is ceramic encapsulated to detect gas mass flow.When the gas to be measured passes through the detection area of the flow sensor, the sensitive resistance of the sensor will change accordingly. The gas flow rate to be measured will be calculated according to the change of the sensitive resistance of the sensor.
