Air quality sensor
HGS1000 gas sensor is mainly composed of MEMS silicon-based heater, nanomaterial and ceramic shell. It is a gas sensor for detecting air quality.When the sensor is working stably in a clean air environment, the sensitivity resistance of the sensor is set as the reference resistance of the sensor. Once there is detected gas in the air, the conductivity of the semiconductor material will change, and the sensitivity resistance of the sensor will also change.The concentration of the measured gas is calculated by mapping according to the ratio of sensor sensitive resistance and sensor reference resistance.
