FS00202 laser dust sensor is a general digital particle concentration sensor, which can be used to obtain the number and mass of suspended particles in the air per unit volume, that is the particle concentration (μg/m³), and output it in the form of digital interface.The sensor can be embedded in various instruments and apparatuses or environmental improvement equipment related to the concentration of suspended particulate matter in the air to provide timely and accurate concentration data.
The sensor adopts the principle of laser scattering, that is to say, laser irradiation scatters on suspended particulate matter in the air. At the same time, scattered light is collected at a specific angle to obtain the curve of scattered light intensity changing with time. Then the microprocessor uses the algorithm based on Michaelis(MIE)theory to obtain the equivalent particle size of particulate matter and the number of particulate matter with different particle sizes per unit volume.
