ethanol sensor is a micro gas sensor based on metal oxide materials of MEMS technology, which can be used to detect the ethanol content in the air. The sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size and low cost. The sensitive material is coated on the electrode. When the detected gas contacts the sensitive material, the conductivity of the sensitive material will change. Using a specific circuit, the change of conductivity can be converted into the output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
