The sensor adopts the pressure measurement principle of the hidden film type pressure, which is essentially a Whiston bridge composed of strain resistors. Its working principle is: when the measured medium pressure (P1) acts on one side of the elastomer, the elastomer is deformed by the pressure, and the geometric size of the resistance film of the arm of the Whiston bridge located on the other side is correspondingly deformed. The resistance value changes accordingly, and the bridge produces an output signal that is linear proportional to the pressure due to the change of the resistance value.
