Semiconductor methane gas sensor TGS8410
TGS8410 is a new semiconductor methane gas sensor developed by Japan Figaro.
By integrating Japan Figaro over 50 years of accumulated experience in semiconductor gas sensor technology and its advanced MEMS (MicroElectroMechanicalSystems) technology, the size has been reduced to a diameter of 9.2mm and a height of 12.5mm*. Compared with Japan Figaro's existing methane sensors, the power consumption has been successfully reduced by over 90% (0.087mw).
The miniaturized and low-power sensor can meet the product development requirements for future mobile and portable functions.
