PUR1680(1#) A/B is a two-component, solvent-free resin elastomer system designed for sealing and potting applications; it can be cured at room temperature or with heat. Formulated without heavy metals, it is an eco-friendly product offering a wide processing window, high physical performance, and excellent adhesion to substrates. It supports both room-temperature and heat curing and allows for deep-section curing; the mixture exhibits excellent flowability before curing and outstanding flexibility afterward.

Typical Applications


Potting and encapsulation of communication equipment, transformers, control power supplies, ignition controllers, electronic sensors, etc.


Color: Component A: Black fluid; Component B: Tan liquid;

Viscosity (25°C, mPa·s): Component A: 40,000 ± 20,000; Component B: 30 ± 10;

Viscosity after mixing (mPa·s): 15,000 ± 5,000;

Density (25°C, g/cm³): Component A: 1.70 ± 0.05; Component B: 1.23 ± 0.05;

Density after mixing (g/cm³): 1.62 ± 0.05;
