Laser Three-in-One Gas Sensor Module
Silicon Beam Sensing leverages its core technology accumulation in optics, sensors, and micromachining, based on the principle of TDLAS tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, and integrates innovative multi-wavelength collaborative detection technology to develop the XSJG-M3-L25 three-in-one laser gas sensor module, which can simultaneously and accurately measure the concentrations of ethylene (C2H4), acetylene (C2H2), and ethane (C2H6).
This sensor module adopts a self-developed multi-optical-path integrated absorption cavity, paired with a highly stable distributed feedback laser and a highly sensitive photodetector, combined with precision circuits and intelligent data processing algorithms, achieving synchronous and interference-free measurement of multiple gas components. It features a built-in temperature and pressure dual-parameter compensation unit that can automatically correct the impact of environmental changes on measurement results; equipped with a low-power, high-performance processor, it balances measurement accuracy with the battery life requirements of portable devices, making it suitable for gas concentration monitoring in multiple scenarios.
