Silicon Beam Sensing leverages its expertise in optics, sensors, and microfabrication technology to develop a CO2 sensor, the XSJG-4CO2-FS, based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. By utilizing the interaction between laser and gas molecules, it achieves high-precision measurement of CO2 concentration. This technology matches the specific wavelength of the laser with the absorption characteristics of CO2 molecules to enable accurate measurement of CO2 concentration. 

The sensor adopts a laser gas absorption structure with independent intellectual property rights and combines high-performance lasers and detectors with precise circuitry and advanced algorithms to achieve accurate measurement of CO2 concentrations in the range of 0.00% to 100.0% VOL. Its compact structure and small size make it suitable for portable device use. Built-in temperature and pressure compensation can real-time offset the influence of environmental changes on measurement results, enhancing measurement stability and adaptability.

The sensor features low power consumption, miniaturized design, factory calibration, and high-precision measurement, making it suitable for various environmental monitoring as well as mining and industrial applications.
