Laser Methane Sensor Module
Xisuo Sensing has leveraged its knowledge in optics, sensors, and micro-machining technology to develop a sensor module for environmental CH4 gas measurement, model XSJG-MCH4-100, designed and manufactured based on the principle of TDLAS tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy.
The sensor module uses high-quality imported lasers and detectors, paired with precision compact circuits, and, together with advanced and efficient software algorithms, is capable of accurately measuring CH4 concentrations from 0.00 to 100.0%VOL within a relatively small volume. It features a built-in closed standard gas reference channel to prevent measurement drift, making long-term operation more stable and reliable. The module’s circuit board uses industrial-grade chip design, optical components are stably fixed with dedicated adhesives, and a built-in temperature and pressure sensing unit can integrate with concentration measurement data, greatly enhancing the adaptability of the sensor module under different environmental conditions.
