Series 4 Laser Methane Sensor
Silicon Beam Sensing has leveraged its expertise in optics, sensors, and micromachining technology to develop a sensor for measuring environmental CH4 gas, designed and manufactured based on the TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) principle.
This sensor is the first domestically produced laser methane sensor with a 4-series package in China. It features an independently developed laser gas absorption structure with proprietary technology, imported lasers and detectors, and precise, compact circuitry. Coupled with advanced software algorithms, it enables accurate measurement of CH4 concentrations from 0.00 to 100.0% VOL within a minimal footprint. Built-in temperature and pressure sensing units integrated with concentration measurement data enhance its adaptability under various environmental conditions. The high-performance, low-power processor makes it especially suitable for portable instruments.
