High precision Cap-Sealer
This device can package high-speed TO-CAN devices in an inert atmosphere environment, used for TO46, TO56, TO60, TO10 and other types of laser or detection devices, corresponding to single wave 50G, 100G, 200G rate and oblique light (18-40 degree angle) chip packaging equipment, suitable for packaging of various manufacturers and types of caps and sockets. High precision positioning can be achieved, and the alignment accuracy of the LD product socket and cap is 100% controlled within ± 5um, and 90% controlled within 2um. There are two regular products, fully automatic and semi-automatic, and special customized vacuum models are also available.
