The product can meet the packaging needs for rectangular and circular cover metal shells or ceramic matrix metal frame shells of precision devices such as optical communication and semiconductors. There are three models available (manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic), and products can be customized according to customer needs.
Main features:
1. Cover plate fitting accuracy: XY ± 0.035mm or less, angle ± 1.0 °.
2. The seal size can cover rectangular pipe shells rang from 3mm to 180mm (with a limit of 2-200mm) and circular pipe shells with a diameter of 3 to 150mm.
3. UPH:About 180-300 (varies depending on device differences).
