Heat-conductive sensor probe
HNF-H2 is a hydrogen concentration sensor using the principle of thermal conductivity, which is suitable for the detection of hydrogen concentration. The sensor consists of detection element chip (HNF-H2-CS) and compensation element chip (HNF-H2-CR).It has the characteristics of fast response time (<1 second), low power consumption, long life, large measurement range, high measurement accuracy, high stability and reliability, and low cost. Since hydrogen has the highest thermal conductivity among all known gases, it is possible to detect the hydrogen concentration by detecting the change in the thermal conductivity of the hydrogen mixture. This sensor chip is suitable for hydrogen concentration detection and leakage real-time monitoring in hydrogen production, storage, hydrogen supply, hydrogen fuel cell, and lithium battery thermal failure, with hydrogen concentration range of 0-200000ppm.
