YD30 acceleration sensor is in a piece of polycrystalline silicon through micromachining acceleration sensitive original, it is composed of conversion, measurement, amplification circuitry, belongs to the integrated sensor.YD30 mainly has the condition monitoring, impact measurement and tilt angle measurement of the three major uses, the vibration amount of the output signal by filtering, checking, to the vibration of the equipment size to give a precise and intuitive instructions to monitor the equipment whether the normal operation. Shock measurement is used in a large number of automobile airbag and seat belt systems to protect the lives of passengers. Tilt angle measurement is when the sensor is placed at a tilt, the output and the tilt angle exists as a function of the sine. When the tilt angle is small, the relationship is approximately linear.

The YD30 has excellent stability, reliability and resistance to drying. Ordinary acceleration sensors usually need to be calibrated on a standard vibration table, which brings inconvenience to use. YD30 adopts advanced microelectronic processing technology and capacitive measurement principle, which can obtain excellent low-frequency response, and the sensor can be standardized by gravity acceleration g, and built-in self-test system.
