YD9800 series eddy current sensor adopts high technology, strictly according to ISO standard design and production. The company after years of experience in exploring the coil temperature stability parameter matching technology, the probe is made of PPS engineering plastics imported from Japan, high requirements of the secondary injection molding process, to ensure that the probe sealing, stability, interchangeability and other properties. The preamplifier adopts a new generation of chips, circuit power consumption is less than 8mA, depth negative feedback stabilization resonance circuit technology, stability of 0.05% / ℃, 0.02% / year. Circuit with fault-tolerant design, terminal inlay self-locking protection design, engineering plastics PPS isolation insulation, corrosion resistance; new phase-frequency testing and control methods, dynamic characteristics. Widely used in steam turbine, hydraulic turbine, oxygen generator, centrifugal air compressor, grinding machine and other large-scale rotating equipment displacement, vibration, and other parameters of online monitoring and fault diagnosis.
