The FA1000 series accelerometer is a high-performance MEMS digital accelerometer with measurement ranges of ± 2g and ± 3g. The FA1000 series adopts a high-performance ASIC and MEMS sensor to form a closed-loop system, leading the industry in ultra-low noise, with a dynamic range of up to 120dB, a bandwidth higher than 250Hz, providing 24 bit SPI digital output and analog differential output to meet different centralized procurement schemes, and supporting on-chip temperature compensation and nonlinear compensation.
