The AUT200 pressure transmitter electrical characteristic testing system is a specialized automated batch testing equipment developed for performance testing of current and voltage pressure transmitters. It can achieve fully automatic and electrical parameter testing of pressure transmitters, and automatically calculate performance indicators.

1) Test product: suitable for batch testing of current and voltage pressure transmitters;

2) System cabinet power supply: 220VAC, 50Hz;

3) Transmitter power supply: 0-32VDC regulated power supply, accuracy ± 0.1%, voltage value programmable and adjustable;

4) Test channel: 200 channels, a total of 10 test arrays, each test array supports 20 test channels;

5) Test signal: 4-20mA current output, voltage output, operating current;

6) Electrical connection: The air circuit and electrical connection module integrated into the cabinet side door design are shown in Figure 2; Using dedicated integrated cables to achieve interconnection between systems and products;

7) Data acquisition system: using the DAQ970A high-speed scanning data acquisition equipment from Shide Technology, with a resolution of six and a half bits and a DC voltage sampling accuracy of 0.003%;

8) Built in system internal impedance correction compensation algorithm, system comprehensive testing error ≤ 0.05%;

9) Sampling resistance for current loop test: 250 Ω, accuracy of one ten thousandth, temperature drift of 25ppm;

10) High speed testing: Test and collect a single signal, traverse 20 channels for ≤ 1 minute.
