Ceramic sensors
CP-101 is a pressure sensor developed by our company using ceramic (Al2O3 96%) material as the substrate. By using thick film circuit technology, the measuring bridge is directly printed on a ceramic membrane, with the other side of the membrane in direct contact with the measured medium. Due to the excellent chemical stability of ceramics, sensors can be directly installed on the housing or other accessories using waterproof rings without the need for additional protection. This design can also maintain high stability of the sensor during temperature changes and overloads, ensuring high linearity throughout the entire range of the sensor and minimizing pressure hysteresis.
CP-101 is based on years of experience in using Euride, scientifically optimizing the layout of the bridge, sampling high-quality imported pulp printing, fully automatic laser resistance adjustment, ensuring the electrical performance of the product, and high cost-effectiveness
