Introducing our 12-bit standard digital temperature sensor series, equipped with a high-performance temperature sensing core that ensures precision and stability. With a temperature resolution of 12-bit (0.0625°C) and a measurement accuracy of ±0.5°C across the entire temperature range, our sensors deliver reliable and accurate temperature readings.

This series is perfect for a wide range of applications, including thermostats for heating/cooling systems, electronic device thermal management, smart home appliances temperature control, crop and livestock monitoring, and other fields. It also features programmable temperature upper and lower alarm thresholds, along with a device alert function for efficient monitoring and management.

The XMT-AD model simplifies communication with its 1-wire interface, enabling seamless bidirectional data transmission through a single communication port. It supports multi-point temperature measurement along a single bus and supports external or parasitic power supply. As an ideal replacement for the ADI DS18B20, it guarantees enhanced performance and compatibility.
