Flush diaphragm piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor
The RS214A has dimensions of φ21X4.(**)mm. Its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability. The sensitive element internally integrates a temperature compensation circuit and undergoes laser trimming, ensuring that within the conventional usage range (-20°C to 85°C), the internal bridge temperature drift signal is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/°C), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration required during pressure sensor production.
With its high cost-effectiveness, the temperature-compensated ceramic piezoresistive sensor core becomes the preferred choice for pressure sensing elements in IoT applications. It is widely used in measuring the pressure of air, water, oil, and other media. It has extensive applications in areas such as automotive, air compressors, firefighting water pipes, industry, and household appliances. We can customize various shapes and sizes of pressure-sensitive cores according to customer requirements.
