Flush diaphragm piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor
RS123A Series Flush Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensor Core
The RS123A series Flush Diaphragm Ceramic Piezoresistive Sensor Coreuses a meticulously crafted alumina ceramic base, combined with highly stable sensitive materials. It is refined through processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.
The RS123A has dimensions of 12x12x3.0mm. Its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability. The sensitive element internally integrates a temperature compensation circuit and undergoes laser trimming, ensuring that within the conventional usage range (-20°C to 85°C), the internal bridge temperature drift signal is nearly zero (≤0.02% FS/°C), greatly reducing the temperature compensation calibration required during pressure sensor production.
Ceramic material offers excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range up to -40°C to 150°C, demonstrating outstanding long-term stability.
The corrosion resistance of ceramic provides significant advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection, gradually replacing the common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
