Temperature and Pressure Sensors Series
The MIS-6462LW series are high-resolution pressure sensors in a compact 8-pin LGA package form. The products are corrosion resistant and support SPI & I²C bus interfaces. The sensors contain a high linearity pressure MEMS chip and an ultra-low power 24 BIT ΔΣ ADC, which provide accurate digitized 24-bit pressure and temperature values, supporting different modes of operation. Easy for the user to optimize speed conversion and current consumption. These products are compatible with most of micro controller communication interfaces on the market with simple communication protocols.
