TUB100A01B & TUB200A01 are two piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor chips with a range of 100kPa & 200kPa respectively. They have small size, high sensitivity and good linearity. The chips integrate Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge without the need for additional external resistors, and can be further calibrated with a signal conditioning chip.
