The TUB040DCLN-V1 piezoresistive differential pressure sensor chip has small size, high sensitivity and good linearity. The chip integrates Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge. The unique structural design signiffcantly improves the measurement accuracy of the chip, and can be further calibrated with a signal conditioning chip.
