MIS350A01 / MIS700A01 / MIS1000A01 / MIS1500A01 are four piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor chips with a range of 350kPa /700kPa / 1MPa / 1.5MPa respectively. They have small size, high sensitivity and good stability. The chips integrate Piezoresistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge without the need for additional external resistors, and can be further calibrated with a signal conditioning chip.
