MIS700ACLN-V1 / MIS103ACLN-V1/ MIS153ACLN-V1/MIS203ACLN-V1are four piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor chips with a range of 350kPa /700kPa / 1MPa /1.5MPa/2MPa  respectively. They have small size, high sensitivity and good stability. The chips integrate Piezoresistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge without the need for additional external resistors, and can be further calibrated with a signal conditioning chip.
