TheTUB010D01CLN-V1 piezoresistive differential pressure sensor chip has the characteristics of small size, high sensitivity, good linearity, low noise and low power consumption. The chip integrates Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge with an openloop layout. The unique structural design signiffcantly improves the measurement accuracy of the chip, and can be further calibrated with a signal conditioning chip.
