PG800 high purity pressure gauge is 316L all-metal welded structure, precision A, EP, dial support 28, 40, 50, 63mm, connected for semiconductor special connectors, even W-Seal, C-Seal and so on. The entire core process of the product is completed in the clean room, and the roughness, helium inspection, and cleanliness fully meet the needs of semiconductors.
