XYM9005 MEMS planar three-axis accelerometer
1、Overview:
The XYM9005 planar triaxial accelerometer is based on a MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) process that integrates an X-Y-Z triaxial vibration monitoring sensor on a single PCB. The sensor is powered by a 5V power supply, integrates X-Y-Z triaxial and self-detecting ST functions, and is designed for earthquake and vibration monitoring applications. XYM9005 uses ultra-high performance accelerometer, dynamic range up to 105DB. The sensor is subjected to rigorous screening tests when it leaves the factory. It has excellent performance in noise, dynamic range, non-linearity, repeatability, temperature drift, impact resistance and so on.
