1、Overview:
The XYM9001 accelerometer is a high-performance vibration monitoring sensor based on the MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) process. The sensor can be powered by 5v3% power supply and integrates X-Y-Z triaxial and self-detecting ST functions, designed for earthquake and vibration monitoring applications. XYM9001 uses ultra-high performance accelerometer, dynamic range can reach 120dB. The sensor is subjected to rigorous screening tests when it leaves the factory. It has excellent performance in noise, dynamic range, non-linearity, repeatability, temperature drift, impact resistance and so on.
