XYT1000 high precision MEMS gyroscope device
1、Overview:
The XYT1000 series gyroscopes are designed for use in harsh conditions. The microstructures of XYT1000 series gyroscopes are fabricated by wafer-level vacuum packaging technology and high-precision MEMS technology. With the help of electrostatic comb driver, the gyroscope is controlled and solved by ASIC, and the digital signal is output by SPI protocol. The XYT1000 series gyroscopes are temperature-compensated and provide high-precision digital output over a wide temperature range.
