NYCSUL two-wire ultrasonic level meter is an intelligent non-contact level measuring instrument. The product has automatic power adjustment, gain control, temperature compensation, adopts advanced detection and calculation technology, and has the function of suppressing interference signals, thereby fundamentally improving the measurement accuracy of the instrument and ensuring the authenticity of the measurement results. The product can be widely used for liquid level measurement of various liquids, and can also be used for distance measurement.

Working principle

The ultrasonic level meter is installed at the top of the container. Under the control of the electronic unit, the probe emits a beam of ultrasonic pulses to the object to be measured, the sound wave is reflected by the surface of the object, and part of the reflected echo is received by the probe and converted into an electrical signal. The time difference from being re-received and the known speed of sound to determine the change of the material level, the microwave signal is processed by the electronic device, and finally converted into an electrical signal related to the material level.
