Working principle
The radio frequency admittance level meter is a continuous level measurement product based on the principle of radio frequency admittance. The product has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and wide application. Compared with the traditional capacitive level meter, it adopts modular design, which can realize simple and convenient instrument setting. Radio frequency admittance measurement technology is a level measurement technology with unique advantages. Although the concept is very similar to the general capacitive measurement technology, the RF admittance technology adds a Driving-Shield circuit and a chopper circuit in the electronic unit, so it can realize the independent measurement of impedance and capacitive reactance. It can be calculated by the laws of physics that the magnitude of the impedance and capacitive reactance of any hanging material is equal, so the effect caused by the hanging material can be measured and eliminated from the total output by the phase shift of the oscillating circuit.
The probe of the radio frequency admittance level meter is installed in the storage tank, and the change of the radio frequency signal caused by the change of the material level is obtained through the probe. The Driving-Shield end of the probe can prevent the RF current from forming a loop through the hanging material, which ensures the accuracy of the instrument measurement.
