Intelligent water pump system
The intelligent water pump monitoring center platform is centered on the front end pneumatic water pump, collects and analyzes the sensor data through the intelligent water pump data acquisition system, and transmits the data to the server through 2G network.
The intelligent water pump data acquisition system can transmit sensor status, sensor value and other data to the cloud center through wireless network for intelligent analysis and processing. It is one of the key components of the intelligent water pump monitoring center platform.
System introduction:
1. The pH probe is used to collect the pH value of the pipeline;
2. The water pressure probe is used to collect the pipeline pressure value, and the pressure detection range is 0-1.0mp;
3. The water temperature probe is used to collect the water temperature of the pipeline. PTC temperature sensor is used, with the temperature range of 0-120 ℃;
4. Analog water pressure sensor is used to detect the real-time change of pipeline water pressure to count the work of diaphragm pump;
5. The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to detect the liquid flow rate in the pipeline;
6. The environmental detector is used to detect ambient temperature, humidity and PM2.5;
7. The power parameter collector is used to collect the voltage and current of single-phase or three-phase electricity;
8. The collector is used to collect and analyze the sensor data, and transmit the data to the server through 2G network.
