HTP150 Surface Temperature Sensor
Overview
HTP150 mine surface temperature sensor is a PT100 temperature sensor, can be used for underground coal mine, detection of motor, reducer surface temperature, and other mechanical, electrical equipment surface temperature.The sensor adopts four-wire resistance signal output, which can meet the requirements of temperature measuring instruments using two-wire, three-wire or four-wire system.

Operating Principle
Pouring and armoured PT100 temperature measuring element inside the sensor reflects the actual temperature on the surface of the device under test by using the characteristic that PT100 linearly changes its resistance value with temperature change.When the sensor is placed on the surface of the device to be measured, the temperature of the measured surface is transmitted to the internal temperature measuring element, thereby changing the resistance value of the temperature measuring element. By measuring the resistance value of the temperature measuring element, the temperature of the device to be measured is indirectly measured.
Method of Application
1.Sensor Installation
The temperature sensor should be installed as far as possible in the place where coal, water and other objects can not be splashed. It should be closely installed on the surface of the device under test through bolts, and the lower surface of the sensor should be completely in contact with the surface under test.The tail signal lead line should be well protected, can not be accepted, so as not to damage the internal lead.
2.Sensor Connection
The sensor is equipped with four-core shielded cable leads, two red and two white. The two red wires are connected together internally, and the two white wires are connected together internally.The sensor adopts the four-wire output form, which can be conveniently connected with the secondary instruments using the two-wire, three-wire and four-wire connection methods.
